Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Veronika Vilim purchase.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@veronikavilim.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
